Hi — I’m Dr. Sam Englander, PT and founder of Top Performance Physical Therapy. I help fitness athletes lift, train, and compete pain-free so they can stay consistent, build strength, and perform at their best — without being sidelined by nagging injuries.
As a PT and former personal trainer, I specialize in working with lifters, powerlifters, CrossFitters, and active gym-goers who want real answers about their pain and a plan that fits their training — not one that pulls them away from it. My approach combines lifting-specific evaluation, movement analysis, targeted rehab, and smart programming adjustments designed to keep you progressing.
Over the years, I’ve helped athletes who were tired of guessing whether to rest, push through, or modify — and who wanted a clear path to fixing pain, improving performance, and preventing the same issues from coming back. My goal is to get to the root cause of your limitations, not just treat symptoms, so you can move better, train harder, and feel confident in every rep.
