These sessions focus on targeted recovery and movement quality—not medical treatment or rehab—and are customized to your goals and training demands.

Injury Risk Screening
Identifying mobility, stability, or movement limitations that may increase injury risk or limit performance.

Targeted Mobility & Stability Training
Corrective exercises and movement work to help you move more efficiently and maintain proper positions under load.

Ongoing Exercise Progression
Accessory training that supports your main lifts, improves joint control, and reinforces solid movement patterns.

Dry Needling & Cupping
Hands-on recovery tools to reduce tension, improve tissue quality, and help you feel and move better.
